Painting with Nature | Art Projects for Kids

Who needs to buy expensive art supplies, when you can make your own paintbrushes using nature!

For this easy art and craft, I will show kids how to create paintbrushes from natural materials: sticks and tree branches. Kids will have a great time painting with their completed brushes. If you’re looking for fun things to do with kids this summer, you will want to add this to your kid-friendly activities list. It’s a neat way to encourage kids to get outside and be creative! Nature is so inspirational!

This art project is ideal for children ages 4 and older with adult supervision. It takes about 30 minutes to complete.

For this DIY nature paintbrush, you will need floral scissors, paint, a paper plate, a rubber band, watercolor paper, a stick and tree branches.
